1. Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely solutions.
• Deliver periodic project updates to ensure transparency and client satisfaction.
2. Project Execution Oversight:
• Monitor project timelines, including KOL content creation, shoots, and delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, production, sales) and external vendors to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
3. KOL Management:
• Manage end-to-end KOL processes: sourcing, contracting, performance tracking, and renewal negotiations.
• Supervise KOL content quality and alignment with client expectations.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare client-facing reports with actionable insights.
• Develop strategies to improve KOL renewal rates based on data-driven evaluations.
5. Client Satisfaction & Retention:
• Proactively gather client feedback to refine service quality and address complaints promptly.
• Implement improvements to enhance client loyalty, retention, and long-term partnerships.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to align client goals with execution plans.
