-Extract real-world case studies and transform them into standardized training modules and materials.
Training Delivery & Implementation
-Execute training programs end-to-end: planning, delivery, feedback collection, and follow-up actions.
-Ensure alignment with regional business goals and coordinate with HQ where necessary.
Data-Driven Optimization
-Track training metrics (e.g. attendance, satisfaction, learning effectiveness).Adjust training content, structure, or delivery methods based on performance data and feedback.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration
-Work closely with regional and global L&D teams to ensure the training strategy and execution are in sync.
-Assist in translating and adapting HQ content for local delivery while maintaining core message consistency.
