-Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
-Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.
-Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations
-Serve as a key contact for employees’ concerns, promoting open communication and resolving workplace issues.
-Support implementation and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
-Investigate employee grievances or disciplinary matters and recommend appropriate actions.
-Coordinate contract renewals, employee benefits, and group insurance programs with relevant departments.
Training & Development
-Identify training needs and assist in designing and delivering relevant learning programs.
-Coordinate with government agencies such as the Department of Skill Development (DSD) for training approvals and reporting.
-Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to promote continuous improvement
