• Design short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with business goals and
market dynamics.
• Define clear sales objectives by channel, product group, customer segment, and
region.
• Support expansion into new sales channels or geographic markets.
• Initiate or support promotional campaigns, customer reactivation efforts, or seasonal
pushes.
• Define KPIs, tracking methods, and evaluation criteria.
Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends
• Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and product profitability.
• Identify patterns, gaps, and growth opportunities using data-driven analysis.
• Track key competitor moves, market shifts, and emerging threats.
• Recommend strategic responses or differentiation approaches.
Sales Forecasting and Target Setting
• Develop sales forecasts, revenue goals, and pipeline targets.• Collaborate with sales and operation teams to set realistic yet ambitious sales
targets by product and region.
Collaborate Across Functions
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure sales strategy
alignment.
• Ensure feedback loops from frontline sales are integrated into strategic planning
