รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for raising and improving problems when introducing new products; feedback on problems and follow-up on improvement effects after the first mass production.
2. Quickly respond to electronic function anomalies of SMT/DIP/test/assembly production lines (such as failure to boot, signal failure, substandard performance, etc.), and locate hardware fault points (components/PCB/design defects).
3. Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power load meters, etc. to perform circuit-level diagnosis, and formulate temporary countermeasures (such as maintenance instructions) and long-term improvement plans.
4. Analyze test data (FCT/AOI), identify top defect patterns, and lead cross-departmental (process/testing/quality) yield improvement projects.
5. Optimize electronics-related process parameters (e.g., reflow profile, test program thresholds) to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
6. Responsible for the Design, Function, and Measurement (DFM) review and PFMA preparation for new models, and follow-up implementation of improvement measures.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, electrical systems, utility systems, TPM, or plant engineering management.
- Skilled in systematic problem analysis and resolution
- Proficient in reading and writing English, with Chinese preferred
- Familiarity with analog and digital circuits, with some experience in RF.
- Experience working with 2.4GHz audio and sound products.
- Familiarity with PCBA circuit schematics and circuit analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to work well with others and coordinate with multiple departments.
- Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, will be given special consideration.
