รายละเอียดงาน
1. Support the development and review of the organization's risk management policies and frameworks, including the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, as well as review risk management policies and guidelines to support comprehensive risk management practices.
2. Collaborate in developing tools to measure and monitor risks to ensure the organization can adequately and effectively mitigate emerging risks.
3. Analyze project risks, investment plan risks, market risks, and liquidity risks, including identifying their causes, collaborating with business units to develop risk mitigation plans, and presenting them to the Risk Management Committee and other relevant committees.
4. Monitor risk indicators and prepare enterprise risk management performance reports for submission to the Board of Directors or its subcommittees as assigned, at least quarterly or immediately upon the occurrence of any significant events that materially affect the organization.
5. Coordinate with relevant departments to align risk management practices with the organization's risk management policies.
6. Promote the development of a risk management culture (Risk Culture) within the organization.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Financial Economics, Investment, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in risk management or equivalent.
- Experience in developing risk tools in accordance with international standards.
- Knowledge in planning, monitoring, overseeing, and implementing enterprise-level risk management policies.
- Understanding of risk assessment approaches for business operations and project risks.
- Knowledge of strategic goals and business plans.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
- Understanding of risk assessment, forecasting risk events, establishing organizational risk indicators, and defining strategies or approaches to manage risks at an appropriate level according to risk management standards.
- Skills in analyzing and collecting data, assessing risks, and making decisions based on the results.
- Skills in writing risk analysis reports for presentation to senior management.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) at a good level.
- Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office, online meeting platforms, and other applications at a good level.
