รายละเอียดงาน
-Oversee and implement the team’s operations including production activities, labor discipline, quality control, attendance, 5S practices, and safety compliance.
-Communicate effectively to identify, resolve, and mediate work-related issues or conflicts within the team; provide coaching and support to improve employee performance.
-Offer hands-on technical guidance and support to team members during production operations.
-Manage and supervise the team’s use of PPE (personal protective equipment), safety supplies, production tools, and knives; coordinate damage reporting, disposal, and purchasing.
-Organize team meetings and training sessions; ensure clear communication of company policies, department rules, and meeting outcomes.
-Assign daily work tasks and coordinate personnel movement or transfers within the team as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- High school diploma or above.
- Familiar with the use and maintenance of various measuring instruments and tools.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical and automation equipment installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used computer software.
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
