รายละเอียดงาน
-Organize and promote after-sales complaint analysis and continuous improvement
-Optimize after-sales return and repair processes as well as basic manufacturing processes
-Handle incoming material, in-process, and outgoing quality control, including abnormality management
-Participate in new product development and trial production; formulate inspection standards and quality control plans for new products
-Monitor quality-related data and analyze trends
Analyze product and process failure causes and propose improvements, suggestions, and action plans
-Conduct corrective actions for non-conformities and implement/verify preventive measures
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (fresh graduates are welcome), or diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; proficient in drafting.
- Familiar with product quality laws and ISO9000 standards.
- Knowledge of quality management methodologies and key quality terms.
- Strong planning and budgeting management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel.
