รายละเอียดงาน
-Design product process flows and prepare relevant process documents in line with the company and business unit strategy.
-Lead the process design for new products, including investment planning, production line layout, equipment/tooling development, and SOP preparation.
-Drive process optimization initiatives, cost reduction efforts, and tooling/fixture improvements.
-Develop packaging materials and systems, including design, implementation, and verification.
-Ensure workplace safety, enforce 5S, and maintain a clean and efficient production environment.
-Promote new materials, technologies, and processes in production to enhance factory capabilities.
-Organize and implement training and assessment programs for related personnel.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IE or process engineering experience is preferred.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings; familiar with product production processes.
- Proficient in IE tools and concepts such as time study, line balancing, layout optimization, and productivity improvement.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); knowledge of Chinese or Thai is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and professional attitude.
