รายละเอียดงาน
-Support supervisors in daily warehouse operations and materials management.
-Receive materials according to purchase orders, report and follow up on discrepancies.
-Monitor materials in/out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
-Ensure FIFO principles are followed and materials are delivered according to production plans.
-Track material shortages and anomalies, and update warehouse-related reports promptly.
-Handle returns, storage, and management of defective products and physical stock.
-Comply with company data security management systems and report any violations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge of engine parts and inventory control systems.
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel (with functions), and PowerPoint.
- Experience with audits and inventory inspections.
- Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability under pressure.
- Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
