รายละเอียดงาน
-Supervise and manage the daily responsibilities of maintenance personnel under your oversight.
-Inspect and guide technicians to follow standard maintenance procedures for all machinery.
-Perform equipment maintenance and repairs within the required timeframe to minimize downtime.
-Conduct daily equipment checks and routine inspections.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely solutions and recommendations.
-Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
-Comply with company safety, security, and information management systems.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, electrical systems repair, or equipment management.
- Ability to read and interpret PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Omron) and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
