รายละเอียดงาน
-Optimize production site processes and ensure staff strictly follow work instructions and safety standards.
-Design and improve tooling, jigs, and auxiliary equipment based on production needs.
-Resolve technical issues occurring on-site and assist in troubleshooting quality-related problems.
-Conduct trials and validations for new materials and processes, and support the department’s trial assembly plans.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality.
-Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in production or field engineering is preferred.
- Solid understanding of technical specifications and production standards.
- Ability to analyze and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CAD or technical drawing skills are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing production needs.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage.
