รายละเอียดงาน
1.To work closely with both external and internal for
- BOM (Bill of Material),
- BOT (Bill of Tooling),
- CE (Cost Estimation),
- DFP (Design for Process),
- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis),
- KPIV&KPOV (Key Process Input Value and Key Process Output Value),
- KPPC (Key Process Parameter Controlling),
- PMP/PCP&OCAP (Process Master/Control Plan and Out of Control Action Plan),
- Planning of Process / Process Budget,
- Problem Analysis and Solving (PDCA and DMAIC),
- Continuous Quality / Mechanical Yield Improvement,
- Analyze and solve production problems to minimize downtime and scrap and cost improvement (Usage/Scrap),
- Control built for new project infinitive (NPI),
- Support customer audit.
2. To control the projects schedule to achieve about Quality, Quantity, Delivery.
3. To participate all activity and follow ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineer, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Have 2–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in punching or cutting machine.
- Knowledge of cutting tools and mold machines.
- Familiar with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
