รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules and forecasts.
2. Monitor inventory levels and manage safety stock to prevent production interruptions.
3. Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
4. Analyze and resolve material shortages, delays, or issues with deliveries.
5. Supervise material planning staff and support their development and performance.
6. Liaise with production and warehouse teams to balance material flow and storage capacity.
7. Review supplier performance and escalate issues where necessary.
8. Utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP) for accurate planning and reporting.
9. Lead efforts in continuous improvement to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and improve delivery performance.
10. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in material planning, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Time management and prioritization
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949).
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English. (Chinese will be advantage)
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
