1. Support production lines from a process perspective to improve efficiency and assist the Production Department in achieving factory production plans. 2. Drive IE efficiency initiatives by conducting time and motion studies, reducing motion waste, and improving line productivity. 3. Analyze and address after-sales complaints in a timely manner, identify and mitigate risks in existing process methods, and reduce factory IQS. 4. During new model trial builds and mass production ramp-up, drive resolution of design and process issues, prepare process documentation, and plan quality assurance for new models. 5. Lead the resolution of production bottlenecks during the initial mass production phase to ensure on-time and qualified vehicle delivery. 6. Develop process improvement plans based on key issues identified in quality reports, optimize tooling or modify operating methods to ensure continuous quality improvement. 7. Complete monthly improvement projects and Kaizen proposals on time, and report progress and outcomes to management. 8. Conduct concurrent engineering analysis, promote manufacturing process flexibility, and support new model introduction and production validation.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
1–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and related equipment.
Strong technical foundation with the ability to independently solve process-related issues.
Capable of preparing process documentation with good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiar with CP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and IE improvement methodologies; strong sense of responsibility.
