1. Possess knowledge and negotiation skills in dealing with contractors for construction, repairs, advertising signage, and general maintenance work.
2. Have communication and coordination skills to work effectively with other departments.
3. Prepare price comparison documents.
4. Have knowledge of using SAP and SSP2 systems.
5. Able to travel upcountry, own a personal car or be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
6. Have basic knowledge of repair work, such as electrical work, plumbing, and others.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor or contractor negotiation for construction, repairs, advertising signage, and general maintenance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing price comparison documents.
- Proficiency in using SAP and SSP2 systems (or similar ERP systems).
- Willingness to travel upcountry; must own a personal vehicle or be able to operate a manual transmission car.
- Basic technical knowledge of repair work, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
