• Manage assigned debt portfolios and recovery strategies
• Liaise with legal teams for litigation and asset recovery
• Negotiate repayment plans and restructuring proposals
• Propose NPA acquisitions and monitor litigation progress
• Prepare management reports and approval papers
• Maintain credit files and ensure proper documentation
• Maximize returns through strategic negotiations and collateral sales
• Attend meetings, site visits, and court proceedings as needed
• Support cross-functional teams within the company
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Financial & Banking
- Experience in Credit Analysis & Collection Management Negotiate and Marketing skills
- Strong knowledge in the field of Finance related knowledge
- Strong internal drive and ability to take ownership
- Good communication/Negotiation skills
