รายละเอียดงาน
1.Thai nationality, male or female.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a property management company.
3.Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
4.Familiar with Thai property management-related laws and regulations.
5.Experience in managing condominium or hotel-type properties is preferred.
6.Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Take full responsibility for the daily operational management of the property project to ensure service quality.
- Establish property management rules and regulations, and optimize work processes.
- Supervise the property team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and handle owners’ and tenants’ complaints as well as emergencies.
- Prepare property budget plans and control costs.
- Maintain good communication with local government departments, suppliers, and relevant organizations.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and normal operation.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the company.
