The Finance Manager / Executive will be responsible for the company's day-to-day finance and
accounting functions, including budgeting, reporting, taxation, and coordination with both local and
overseas management teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for a finance professional who enjoys both
operational work and strategic financial planning in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Thai accounting standards.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data for management reporting and decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, payments, and expense controls to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies as required.
- Support annual budgeting and cost-control planning.
- Monitor actual vs. budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Thai tax laws, accounting regulations, and company policies.
- Manage VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings accurately and on time.
- Implement internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Improve finance and accounting procedures for efficiency and transparency
- Support digital transformation in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Thai nationality (required).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 – 7 years' experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management (manufacturing, automotive, or logistics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Thai tax, accounting standards, and ERP/accounting software.
- Proficiency in English communication (Chinese is an advantage).
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Hands-on attitude, proactive in problem-solving, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.

3. BOI Scope vs Business Model Alignment
Our BOI promotion covers only the battery-swapping business, but our company also sells and leases EV pickup trucks.
What is your understanding of the financial or compliance implications when a company operates both BOI and non-BOI activities?
How would you recommend we manage this separation?
4. Experience Handling Imports
We import vehicles, batteries, and swapping equipment.
What experience do you have with import documentation such as invoices, HS codes, duty calculations, VAT, and customs procedures?
