สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
1. Electricity Cost Management Our main operating cost is electricity for charging battery packs. Have you ever handled large electricity bills or analyzed utility costs? Considering TOU tariffs, demand charges, and PEA/MEA commercial rates, what strategies would you recommend to reduce our battery-charging costs? 2. Understanding of BOI, EV Regulations & Tariff Policies Our industry involves BOI incentives, EV regulations, and electricity tariff policies. Please share your current understanding of these areas and how they impact our battery-swapping and EV business. 3. BOI Scope vs Business Model Alignment Our BOI promotion covers only the battery-swapping business, but our company also sells and leases EV pickup trucks. What is your understanding of the financial or compliance implications when a company operates both BOI and non-BOI activities? How would you recommend we manage this separation? 4. Experience Handling Imports We import vehicles, batteries, and swapping equipment. What experience do you have with import documentation such as invoices, HS codes, duty calculations, VAT, and customs procedures? Please describe any challenges you have handled. 5. BOI Incentives & Compliance We are expanding our BOI project to cover more swapping stations and equipment. Based on your understanding, what BOI benefits are relevant to our business, and what key compliance points should finance pay attention to? 6. Foreign-Owned Company Operations (BOI + FBL Section 12) We are a 100% foreign-owned company operating under BOI exemption from the Foreign Business Act. Have you worked in a foreign-owned entity before? What differences in reporting or compliance have you experienced that are relevant to our structure? 7. Project-Based Accounting for BOI vs Non-BOI Activities BOI requires strict separation between BOI and non-BOI expenses. Have you set up cost centers or project-based accounting before? How would you ensure proper financial separation between our BOI battery-swapping project and our non-BOI EV sales/leasing business? 8. Insurance for EVs, Batteries & Swapping Stations (New) Our EV pickup trucks, battery packs, and swapping stations require different types of insurance coverage. What experience do you have managing insurance policies for vehicles or industrial equipment? What types of insurance do you think are important for our EV and battery-swapping operations? 9. Bank Loans, Leasing & Financing Structures for EV Business (New) EV projects often require significant capital for vehicles, batteries, and infrastructure. What experience do you have working with banks on loans, leasing structures, or credit facilities? What financing approach would you recommend for our EV and swapping station expansion?
