- Design and implement security solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, and UBA systems.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for security solutions such as SIEM, SOAR, and UBA.
- Support the integration of security solutions with existing systems and platforms.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor security project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and customers to deliver, enhance, and optimize security solutions.
- Provide service support with a strong service-minded attitude.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the network security or cybersecurity field.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, VMware, and container technologies (preferred).
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell Script, PowerShell, or Python would be a big plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Good communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.
- Positive attitude toward learning and adapting to new security trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
- (Optional) Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
