Duties & Responsibilities:
•Plan and develop manufacturing processes and capacity utilization strategies for PCB assembly operations.
•Identify and resolve production and quality-related issues.
•Prepare required parts and related production documentation.
•Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process-related issues down to the root cause.
•Optimize machine setups and programming sequences to enhance production efficiency.
•Monitor all assembly process flows to ensure operations are under control and in compliance with standards.
•Participate in new model product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Support and execute the launch of new equipment into production lines.
•Other tasks as assigned by management.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Sat : 18 sat per year depends on company calendar))
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 28-40 years
- Any Gender
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years working experience as PCB Assembly Production Engineer from Electronic industry or Electronic part in Automotive. ex. Touch screen, Audio
- Must have experience about New model.
- Have basic knowledge of soldering (flow/Wave/Selective)
- Conversational daily-middle level of English. (Internal communication)
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- Have experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001 is an advantage.
- Having experience in managing subordinates is an advantage.
- Not job hopper is an advantage.
