•Plan, control, and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
•Oversee both documentation and on-site quality operations throughout the production process.
•Supervise the preparation, maintenance, and improvement of quality system documents such as WI, FMEA, Control Plan, and other related documents.
•Analyze quality issues occurring in the production line and coordinate with related departments to provide corrective and preventive actions.
•Lead and develop the QA team to perform efficiently and meet departmental objectives.
•Support quality system activities such as internal audits and customer audits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in QA within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skill, Customer claim experience.
- Proven experience in team management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO9001 and IATF16949.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Good attitude.
