Job Descriptions :
• Lead project management & manage for:
🔹Preferred Application – covering rewards redemption, investment knowledge, preferred privileges maintenance.
🔹Project manager of transitioning to Line OA.
🔹Preferred Microsite – managing content and design coordination for wealth clients.
🔹Regional Wealth System (RWS) : system for screening mass customer and Preferred customers / Manage relationship manager (RM) for Preferred customers.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents and workflows for both business and technical teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure system development aligns with business needs.
• Analyze solution options, assess risks, and define business impacts.
• Prepare test cases, scenarios, and conduct UAT with users.
• Support QA UAT team with documentation reviews and design clarifications.
• Ensure MVP quality through collaboration with QA UAT and vendors.
• Report project progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
• Solve complaint related to Preferred Reward program.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in digital banking, project coordination, or system development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with QA processes and vendor collaboration.
