LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE RELATED TO EXPORT WORK
(MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE OR MORE)
AREA OF WORK: LAEMCHABANG BRANCH
EXPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Coordinate with shipping team and send booking forms to customers
2) Prepare relevant export documents (E.g. BL, FTA FORM) and send to customers for verification
3) Book transportation to receive customer's goods to the port and make an invoice
4) Send invoice and packing list to the BL issuing team, send shipping instruction and VGM to shipping line
5) Open job in system and prepare disbursement and closing of expenses for customs procedures and other parties such as shipping lines, shipping agents
6) Send status of 0409 shipping form as well as BL to customers
7) Coordinate with affiliated companies abroad to inquire about status of goods at point of destination
IMPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Receive BL documents from shipping line or shipping agent
2) Verify accuracy of BL, invoice, packing list documents to prepare the import shipping form for customers for verification
3) Verify relevant documents such as document of origin, benefit forms and licenses
4) Track status of ship and inform customers on a regular basis
5) Open job in system and prepare disbursement and closing of expenses for customs procedures and other parties such as shipping lines, shipping agents
6) Prepare documents for customs procedures and notify shipping
7) Contact and coordinate with shipping companies to prepare transportation for product delivery
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male - Female
- Age between 29 - 40 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or related fields
- At least 7 years of experience in logistics (freight forwarding, import/export or related fields)
- Can be used for MS Officer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) as well with etc.,
- Able to good communicate in English
