Role Overview
· Focus on localize prioritizing and follow up the synchronization of each future implementation items related to cross functional team in HSO business [R&D, Production, Manufacturing Engineer, Supply chain IT, Finance etc.] To align the resource or constraint under HSO business strategy timeframe. Cooperate with PMO function to organize change requests with optimize priority to prevent business obstruction.
· Conduct cross-functional improvement projects or other business improvement including validation.
· Cooperate with HSOT important administration tasks or events
Duties and Responsibilities
· To understand HSO business timeframe and gather related project information from cross functional team to be align under approved resource or budget.
· To communicate each team of project progressive, risk and mitigation plan for ensure project status will be on-track.
· Cooperate with PMO function to organize change request with optimize priority to prevent business obstruction.
· Conduct cross functional improvement projects or other business improvement such as ECRS project, Productivity improvement by VSM. Including full loop validation.
· To transfer manual progressive tracking to be application tracking for high level.
· Any other process related ad-hoc assignments as assigned by superior level.
· Arrangement for the important HSOT events and visitors.
· To cooperate and support external audit with quality team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or master’s in any related field. (Engineering,Management, Healthcare etc.)
- 1 to 5 years of working experience in Engineer and or Leadership skill.
- Good leadership, human relation and accountability
- Experience in medical device and ISO13585 is advance advantage
- Excellent in spoken and written English
- Logical thinking, analytical skills, teamwork, familiarity with Basic software.
- Good teamwork.
