รายละเอียดงาน
-Promote and implement various lean system modules within the division, including 9+8 Safety, Standardized Work, TPM, Manufacturing Quality, and Logistics Planning (such as VSM – Value Stream Mapping, Kanban Pull System, and Lean Logistics).
-Systematically learn and master the lean management systems of each module and become a certified multi-module internal trainer.
-Organize, plan, and promote factory improvement projects and lead on-site improvement week activities.
-Participate in the preparation and updating of lean training materials for each lean module.
-Support the collection, documentation, and sharing of best practices across lean modules.
-Contribute to the planning and promotion of lean culture across the factory.
-Organize and conduct lean audit activities within the factory.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Science & Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related fields.
- Fluent in Thai and English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lean implementation or relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or production planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication and coordination abilities.
- Cheerful personality, strong team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Fast learner with the ability to become an on-site Lean module consultant after internal training.
- Goal: To be developed into a Lean Specialist.
- Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry is preferred.
