Responsibilities 1.Principle liaison for the business partner contract between Thailand and APAC countries 2.Transport Order Management 3.Premium freight/adhoc shipment management 4.Shipment visibility & proactive event management 5.In-Transit material management; 6. Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing effective route of each type of carriers provide by forwarder and carriers. 7.Consolidate data from multiple sources and generates daily/weekly report. Issue daily, weekly, monthly forecasting to support business. 8.Provide effective reports total average transit time and distribution to management. 9.Alter and track to customer within the decision time. 10.Coordinate and interact with forwarder, Customer, transportation and system configuration to support business request. 11. Fright invoice audit and payment with claim support 12. Planning dispute resolution and push back on issues 13. Support carrier incidents management and escalation 14. New carrier and supplier’s implementation & stabilization

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

At least 1 years working experiences in Logistics or Warehousing, 3PL, 4PL and Import/Export background
Good communication both in Thai and Chinese required. Able to communicate in English is desirable
PC Literate, Power Point, MS Excel (advance) is a must (such as V Look up , Pivot , Basic Excel formula)
Able to analyze information and coordination internal and export stakeholders is mandatory
Ability to work within team, conscientiously and under pressure
Able to work in shift timing base on manager request shift (To be adjusted base on manager)
Able to work at at eWTP Thailand Duty Free Zone, Bang Pakong area require
