รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with insightful analysis and commentary.
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial reporting systems.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the management accounting team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
