รายละเอียดงาน
1.Formulate and optimize process quality management systems and standards to ensure that the production process complies with the quality system and industry norms.
Process quality standard documents (WI, CP, SOP), audit reports, and qualified system certification results.
2.Lead process quality control point design, monitor process stability, handle exceptions in a timely manner, and drive continuous improvement.
Process quality control plan, process inspection/sampling records, exception handling and improvement reports.
3.Responsible for technical analysis of process defects and abnormal events, using methods such as 8D, 5Why, and fishbone diagrams to find the root cause and improve it.
Defective product analysis report, 8D/5Why report, corrective preventive action (CAPA) implementation results
4.Participate in the introduction and verification of new processes/new equipment, lead reliability testing, trial production quality verification, and ensure the feasibility of mass production.
New process verification report, trial production quality data analysis, mass production import approval documents.
5.Promote the implementation of quality tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA and other quality tools in the process to improve process capabilities.
SPC control chart, MSA measurement system analysis report, FMEA file, DOE experimental results.
6.Collect and analyze the process defect rate, straight-through rate, DPPM and other indicators, identify trends and propose improvement plans.
Process KPI reports, trend analysis reports, improvement proposals and implementation effects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5-8 years of quality management-related work experience, including at least 2-3 years in middle-level or above management positions in quality management, able to lead and manage cross-departmental teams.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification; qualified as a quality management system auditor; Overseas work experience or work experience in multinational companies; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification;
- Quality Management System (QMS); quality tools and methods; continuous improvement theory; data processing capabilities; statistical methods; data visualization; problem-solving skills; project management skills; cross-departmental communication and coordination skills; Product and industry knowledge.
- Can speak English well.
