Process full-cycle accounts payable including vendor and invoice management, approval and weekly disbursement activities
Attaching the correct documentation to invoices and reconciling purchase orders to invoices received
Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email
Preparing and processing supplier payments and ensuring that Finance Manager has signed all payments off
Ensuring that all accounts payable activities comply with relevant financial policies and procedures
Gather and review supporting documentation for VAT/WHT filings
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in account/finance is required.
- At least 2 years'experience in accounting / finance field
- Good command in English because interview with Chinese Boss.
- Knowledge Thailand tax law & regulation
- Familiar with account software and able to work effectively independently
- Excellent in excel, PowerPoint, word
- Familiarize with the sap system
