รายละเอียดงาน
•Review and process customer orders to formulate effective and timely production plans.
•Produce according to the Master Plan.
•Monitor the arrival of raw materials to ensure they match the planned schedule; resolve any issues when materials do not arrive as expected.
•Check and manage production capacity in all departments; take corrective actions if capacity falls short of the plan.
•Monitor daily production efficiency and resolve issues to ensure timely completion of work.
•Perform duties in compliance with company policies and announcements, HR policies, WRAP/C-TPAT standards, code of conduct, and customer-specific CLS (Corporate Labor Standards) requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in oral and written English and Thai.
- At least 5 years of production management experience in the garment or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality control methods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good command of English (especially technical terms and buyer communication).
