Job Description: The Engineering Leadership Trainee is a high-potential individual who will participate in a fast-track, four-year rotational program designed to develop future engineering leaders. This program provides hands-on experience and strategic exposure across various key business functions. Trainees will complete four, eight-month rotations, undertaking Action Learning Projects in different divisions, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Business Development, Procurement, and Workforce Management. Key responsibilities include: - Co-leading and contributing to real-world projects that impact the company's strategic goals. - Conducting detailed analysis to identify and solve complex business problems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation. - Actively participating in the company's annual strategic development cycle and presenting project outcomes to senior leadership. - Continuously developing skills through on-the-job training and self-directed learning.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Food Engineering, Agro-Industry, Food Science , Engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)
Experience: New graduates or professionals with up to three years of post-graduate experience.
Process-Oriented & Systematic Thinking: Ability to understand, analyze, and optimize complex processes and systems.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Identification: Strong capability to identify root causes of problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Self-Learning: A proactive and curious mindset with a demonstrated ability to acquire new knowledge and skills independently.
Personal Attributes: High motivation, adaptability, a strong drive to learn, and the potential to be a fast-track talent within the organization. Must be comfortable with a rotational structure and willing to embrace new challenges.
