The Engineering Leadership Trainee is a high-potential individual who will participate in a fast-track, four-year rotational program designed to develop future engineering leaders. This program provides hands-on experience and strategic exposure across various key business functions.
Trainees will complete four, eight-month rotations, undertaking Action Learning Projects in different divisions, including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Business Development, Procurement, and Workforce Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-leading and contributing to real-world projects that impact the company's strategic goals.
- Conducting detailed analysis to identify and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Actively participating in the company's annual strategic development cycle and presenting project outcomes to senior leadership.
- Continuously developing skills through on-the-job training and self-directed learning.
