Oversee day-to-day production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
Support the Production Manager in planning production schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
Ensure all food products are manufactured according to GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000, and company quality standards.
Monitor production performance (output, yield, downtime, and efficiency) which will effect to production cost and implement corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate with Sale, Commercial , Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and motivate production line leaders and operators, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Promote and enforce workplace safety, hygiene, and sanitation in all production areas.
Participate in new product trials, process improvements, and equipment commissioning.
Analyze production reports and recommend improvements for cost reduction, yield improvement, and waste minimization.
