รายละเอียดงาน● Provide first-line technical support to employees (Hardware, Software, Network).
● Provide technical support for conference room equipment, including audio-visual systems and video conferencing tools.
● Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via onsite support or remote technical assistance to employees.
● Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, CCTV system and network devices.
● Ensure all IT systems and software are kept up to date with the latest patches and updates.
● Prepare and install standard programs into computer or laptops.
● Track and follow up system issues and solve the problems.
● Ensure compliance with IT security standards and policies.
● Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.
● Any other duties or project as assigned by the Management Team.
