รายละเอียดงาน1.Quality System Management: Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and optimizing the factory’s quality management system to ensure compliance with Thai and international quality regulations and standards.
2.Process Monitoring and Improvement: Oversee quality control throughout the entire sheet metal production process, including raw material inspection, in-process patrols, finished product testing, and supplier quality audits. Identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
3.Team Leadership and Training: Manage the Quality Department team (approximately 10-20 people), including recruitment, performance evaluation, and skills training. Cultivate a strong quality awareness among employees and enhance the overall team’s capabilities.
4.Customer and Compliance Support: Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate internal corrective actions. Represent the company during third-party audits and customer reviews, ensuring the factory maintains all necessary certifications.
5.Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data (e.g., defect rates, pass/fail rates), prepare monthly reports, and provide improvement recommendations to senior management. Utilize quality tools to optimize production efficiency.
6.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as Production, R&D, and Procurement to ensure quality objectives are integrated into overall operations. Participate in quality planning for new product development.
