Assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.
Manage HR team performance by boosting moral through coaching, motivating, training and rewards. And develop a high performing team that meet agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Talent Acquisition:
- Develop strategic manpower planning according to company growth strategy and build strong talent pipelines to satisfy the current and future hiring needs
- Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
2.Performance Management & Development:
- Implement performance management system and establish feedback culture in the company.
- Develop employee promotion and transfer evaluation system to make the purpose of internal equalization and stimulate employees.
3.C&B / payroll management:
- Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversee the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Recommend changes in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention
- Manage operational monthly payroll to be accurate and consistent with legal requirement
4.HR Policies and procedures / Employee Relations:
- Proactively monitor local and national employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures on a regular basis
- Build up HR document management, the execution rules and work procedures.
5.Internal Communication:
- Support management in building effective internal communication and drive the roll-out of different contents and formats.
