รายละเอียดงาน
• Lead the deployment of Lean Manufacturing and TPS principles across the plant to achieve world-class operational standards.
• Conduct line balancing using Yamazumi charts and implement work combination tables to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Develop, implement, and sustain standardized work processes across production lines.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions to identify inefficiencies and lead Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable gains in OEE, cycle time, cost savings, and quality performance.
• Mentor, train, and coach production supervisors, engineers, and operators on Lean tools and methods.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Introduce and maintain visual management systems to monitor KPIs such as takt time, lead time, productivity, and defect rate.
• Support cultural transformation by embedding Lean thinking and problem-solving at every level of the organization.
• Report progress on Lean initiatives to senior management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, or Production Engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, SMED, Jidoka, JIT).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels.
