Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and schedule production to align with the master plan and delivery timeline.
2. Calculate and manage material requirements (MRP) to ensure sufficient supply for production.
3. Monitor and control production processes to meet planned targets.
4. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Prepare production reports, highlight issues, and propose solutions to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas).
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP,ERP, MRP, or related production planning software.
- Strong analytical, calculation, and forecasting skills.
- Problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and proactive in planning and decision-making.
