We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Back Office Support & HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be the heart of our office, supporting everything from HR and Sales Support to General Administration. If you are a quick learner with a "can-do" attitude, we want to meet you!
[Key Responsibilities]
HR Support: Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews), managing employee attendance, and organizing fun company activities/events.
Sales Support: Prepare documents such as quotations and invoices, update customer databases, and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
Office Administration: Handle general office tasks including office supply management, welcoming guests, and supporting the management team with daily clerical work.
Team Collaboration: Assist other departments as needed to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
