Job Responsibility :
•Hands-on experience with auditing social programs, sustainability projects, or ethical compliance.
•Experience with external auditing firms, customers, government authorities and non-governmental organization (NGOs).
•Experience with labor regulatory, SMETA, amfori-BSCI, SA8000 or equivalent standards.
•Social compliance standards, labor laws, and human rights frameworks (e.g., UN Global Compact, ILO standards). Health, Safety and Environment laws
•Ability to assess data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
•Strong attention to detail when reviewing reports and monitoring compliance.
•bility to write clear, concise reports and present findings to stakeholders, management, or external auditors.
•Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•Strong commitment to deliver high-quality and goal achievable.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education and Advanced coursework, or experience in Social (Labour rights, Health and Safety), Governance and Ethics of business.
- Background in manufacturing in role of quality management or 3rd party auditor.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality assurance or related technical activity
- 2nd and 3rd party auditing experience are preferred.
- Knowledge in Food Industrial businesss is a plus.
- Good Attitude, Interpersonal relations and good team player
