• To be a system operation engineer for VAS • To implement and maintenance system for VAS • To solve performing fault and preliminary troubleshooting • To monitor network and service performance • To monitor and problem-solving system for handling customer complaints • To support NOC which is our 1st-tier team for 24hr. during one call period

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor degree in Computer and Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, IT or in a related field
Experience 0 - 4 years in the Computer or Telecommunication field
Have skill in Unix, Linux and Windows, MongoDB (must), Shell Script (optional) AI/ML (optional)
Good in Analytical and Decision making
Able to work on stan-by
