รายละเอียดงาน
-Be a liaison / point of contact with head office in Germany and customer for setup the new project according to roadmap.
-Implement New Product Introduction (NPI) of new model and/or project manufacturing transfer.
-Lead, and coordinate with other team functions in preparation of required document such as First Article Inspection(FAI), FMEA, Control/Inspection plan (PPAP Package) and etc. for customer approval
-Assess, plan and drive projects from starting to completion by working closely with other team functions to achieve its objective.
-Conduct engineering assessments together with other team functions of new product transfer, developed by German based technology development team.
-Generate of tracking reports as required for Project and Management meetings.
-Determine / Review of product specifications, arrange equipment, data, parts, and/or material purchase, and evaluate products according to quality standards and specifications. Ensure proper manage of document / data transfer and register.
-Collaborate with development team regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods.
-Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
-Develop, evaluate, improve, and document the processes used to introduce new products to manufacturing. Apply lesson learn as necessary.
-Provide engineering support with manufacturing engineering / quality / production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
-Provide feedback on finished product and recommendations to the development team for accurate product development and improvement.
-Work closely with manufacturing engineering and quality to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for production team.
-Work upon supervisor’s assignments or any other job duties as assign.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in engineering (IE / ME / PE / AE and/or related field); advanced degree highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent in manufacturing, aerospace or automotive field is preferred.
- 2+ year of experience project engineer/management
- Having experience in new product introduction (NPI), Model and project transfer and/or Project management is an advantage.
- Experience / knowledge in Aerospace Industry is a plus
- Strong in analytical & problem solving skill & good engineering background
- Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlines.
- Ability to think strategically, scope tasks, and set goals. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning as well as tactical execution.
- Proven team working and teambuilding skills.
- Good command of English language in reading, written and oral communication are strongly required. German language is a plus.
