Job Summary:
The Production Control Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards. This role plays a key part in optimizing production workflows, managing resources, and collaborating across departments to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer and internal requirements
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules to address delays or changes
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and quality control teams to ensure material availability and compliance
- Implement cost control measures and process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead and mentor production control staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Good communication skills in English; Chinese is an advantage.
