Position Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the business strategy for the US&CANADA market to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Manage relationships with carriers ,airlines, local vendors , particularly those servicing at the TP route.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, and key accounts.
4. Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing Thai team.
5. Manage the branch's Profit & Loss statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
6. Ensure compliance with local Thai regulations and laws.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry, with at least 5 years in TP trade.
- Strong knowledge of sea freight (FCL/LCL) operations, with a focus on the U.S. trade lane. Airfreight knowledge is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in business development, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English or Mandarin.
