Job Purpose
Provide a KPI/incentive result update of Consumer Sales & Distribution’s progress towards achieving its performance targets / goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
•Analyze & Evaluate performance to achieve the target.
•Plan and coordinate relevant persons to implement enhancement on timeline.
Business Performance and Management
•Monitor to improve quality, avoiding errors and evaluate performance.
•Provide Suggestions to Superior or Executive to improve CSD sales performance.
•Provide sales performance information, incentive scheme/results.
•Handle issues, solve problem & complaint related to Consumer Sales & Distribution.
•Consult & coordinate with CSD sales/branch staff, product owners & IT.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
•Ensure all related activities and works to be in compliance with regulators and bank’s policy.
•Closely monitor potential risk exposures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (Business Administrator & Accoutancy or Economic or Accounting)
- 3 – 5 years of management experience in business finance, planning and sales management (Banking and Finance, Analysis & Statistic, Business Requirement, Project Implementation, UAT-Uset Acceptance Testing, Business Support)
- Statistic Knowleadge, Product knowledge, Performance tracking and Sales driven mindset.
- Technical skills : Expert on Commission/Incentive Scheme, Efficiency on Microsoft Office, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills .
- Personal skills : Statistic & logical thinking, Communication skills, Multi-tasking and English language skills.
- Avaiable to travel in upcountry and aboard as business required.
- *Remark: The Bank requires the verification of criminal records prior consideration for employment to ensure secured and maintain standards of the organization.
