1.Lead to implement safety compliance with HSE Regional safety Shopee standard/program in all aspects.
2.Implement safety leading KPI such as safety walk, deep compliance audit,Toolbox talk programs, Hazard/Near miss reporting and others
3.Analyst accident and summarize the accident statistic with proposed a solution to eliminate risk/hazard in the business by using regional tools and lesson learned sharing
4.To build and train HSE awareness and occupational disease to all employees including Third Party Labor (3PL) and Contractor/Visitor training system
5.Update new health safety and environment laws, make HSE legal registration and compliance evaluation
6.Manage government report management
7.Construction safety management system
8.Set emergency response plan such as fire drills
9.Manage emergency response equipment inspection
10.Personal protective equipment (PPE) management
11.Machine safety improvement program
12.Nursing room management
13.ISO 45001 management such as document control system and CAR/PAR system
14.Other safety project such as material handling equipment (MHE) management and traffic management project, 5S project, risk assessment and safe work procedure implementation and management of change (MOC)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety and/or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE and Security management.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain/E-commerce and security business.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal and coordinating,creative, fast response and proactive work.
- Have a driving license.
