รายละเอียดงานQuality Management System (QMS) Maintenance and Improvement
-Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes based on QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
-Support the creation, revision, and control of QMS documentation (procedures, work instructions, etc.).
-Assist in planning and executing internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Product and Process Quality Monitoring and Enhancement
-Establish and monitor the effective operation of quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.
-Evaluate and improve manufacturing process stability using techniques such as Statistical Process Control (SPC).
-Supervise the development and execution of product inspection and testing plans and analyze inspection data.
-Lead non-conformance analysis (root cause analysis) and plan/execute permanent corrective actions.
Customer and Supplier Engagement
-Serve as a key point of contact for customer quality claims, preparing reports, coordinating corrective actions, and managing progress.
-Support and supervise the preparation of documentation to meet customer requirements, such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
-Assist in supplier quality evaluation and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.
Team Management and Development
-Supervise the daily activities of the QA team members (inspectors, QA engineers, etc.), providing appropriate guidance and support.
-Assist in developing and implementing training plans for team members to enhance quality awareness and professional expertise.
-Act as a delegate for the QA Manager in their absence.
