รายละเอียดงาน
- Participate in the planning and implementation of the department plan according to the department/section plan to ensure the normal use of the equipment.
- Complete various tasks arranged by the team leader to ensure the completion rate of the department/section plan.
- Assist the team leader to revise and implement the equipment maintenance plan to ensure that the equipment is in good condition.
- Establish a standardized maintenance manual to effectively transform the contents of the manual into the maintenance manual.
- Deal with equipment failures in the area in charge, analyze the causes of failures, formulate corrective measures, and ensure the normal operation of equipment.
- Identify and declare the vulnerable parts and key spare parts of the equipment in the responsible area to ensure timely maintenance.
- Carry out the 5S work of this post and the development of the safety work of this post to ensure a good on-site environment in the responsibility area of this post.
- According to production requirements, plan and implement equipment transformation and upgrading to ensure equipment support.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or other related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
- Strong experience in Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
- Basic knowledge of management concepts such as: TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), PM / PDM / CM / EM,OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), LEAN Manufacturing principles.
