🛠 Key Responsibilities:
-Design and develop heat pipes and thermal modules for applications such as electronics cooling, battery systems, or HVAC.
-Conduct thermal simulations and analysis using tools like ANSYS, FloTHERM, or COMSOL Multiphysics.
-Evaluate and select appropriate wick structures, working fluids, and enclosure materials for heat pipes.
-Improve manufacturing processes to enhance performance, reduce cost, and ensure quality control.
-Lead prototype builds and manage thermal testing, including performance verification and reliability assessment.
-Work cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and manufacturability.
-Support customer projects and provide technical documentation and specifications.
Investigate heat transfer and fluid flow failures and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
