- 70% AI/ML development & deployment - 30% data/requirements discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or closely related roles.
Strong programming in Python (e.g., PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn) or other related languages with solid software practices (version control, testing, readable code).
Data proficiency: SQL and data wrangling (pandas / PySpark or similar); understanding of feature engineering and data quality.
Analytical mindset: sound knowledge of experimentation (A/B testing), evaluation metrics, and statistical reasoning.
Communication skills: ability to explain complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Growth mindset: self-learner who can ramp up quickly and work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
